When I think back to the last sessions with Melinda, I remember leaving with a lot of clarity, empathy and lots of transformed judgments that I was previously carrying with me. What I appreciate most about Melinda is the kind of space that she’s offering; a space that supports me in looking at what’s happening with curiosity but also gentleness. The most touching moments that I remember are when I voiced inner judgments (that I struggle to voice towards myself) that were received with in a way that helped me gain so much empathy and curiosity towards my inner world but also the inner worlds of the people in my life.
